Party Timeline
Booking & Customization: 2–4 Weeks Before Event
Once we finalize your party details, you’ll receive a rental contract and an invoice for a refundable security deposit.
The deposit must be paid within 2 days to reserve your date.
Week of Your Event
We’ll confirm all event details and send an itemized invoice for your rentals.
At this time we’ll also schedule your pickup or delivery window.
Your pickup address will be provided once contracts are signed and invoices are paid.
Pickup Time
All items will be organized in a tub with a checklist, safety instructions, and return reminder to make your rental easy and stress free.
Party Time: During the Event
Enjoy your event and have fun! 🎉
After the Event Ends
Once items are returned at the agreed time, we will inspect them within 5 business days and process the refund of your security deposit.

Do you deliver and set up everything?
Free pickup is available for all rentals. Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on distance. At this time, we do not offer setup services, which helps us keep our prices affordable.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to mix and match items to create the perfect setup for your event. The more items you bundle together, the more fun and savings you can enjoy.
Do you offer staff to run the stands?
No, we do not provide staff for events. Our concession machines are easy to operate, and customers are responsible for running them during their event. This helps us keep rental prices fair and affordable.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if items are still available.
Can I rent individual items?
Of course! You can rent a single item or bundle several together depending on your event needs.
Do you require a card on file or security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit helps ensure equipment is returned in the same condition it was received and allows us to reserve items specifically for your event date. Once all items are returned in satisfactory condition, the deposit is refunded.
Do you offer Bounce Houses?
At this time, we specialize in party games, interactive inflatable games, concession machines, and event décor. We do not currently offer bounce houses.
